    They were honest and forthcoming and if I ever have need for that type of related service again, I will not hesitate to call them.

    I called them because the technician for Florida Power and Light blew the capacitor on the 5 year old AC unit when he changed the smart meter to an analog meter.The tenant in the home immediately noticed the AC was not working and this company responded promptly.They identified the problem and fixed it without any extensive charges.They were honest and forthcoming and if I ever have need for that type of related service again, I will not hesitate to call them.

    This is the most ethical company I have ever done business with.

    This is the most ethical company I have ever done business with. When I called them about a leaking problem from an ac unit they had recently installed they sent a technician out immediately who spent several hours doing a makeshift repair using glue instead of replacing the pan as he was supposed to.I didn't know he had done this since I don't watch technicians the whole time while they are working in my home.I was completely surprised when I got a call from the owner of D&W the next morning asking me about the repair and repairman. He then informed me that the technician had not installed a new plan as he was supposed to and he knew this because he had checked the van this new hire had used and found the new pan still in the van. He told me he would be sending out the 2 great technicians who had done the original install to replace the pan and remedy this problem.This was done within a few days as he had promised.I'm guessing there are very few companies that would have done this but would have instead hoped that the glue would have held up until the warranty period expired.Amazingly honest. You don't need to know anything else about this company in order to hire them with complete confidence that their follow up service is as good as their install work. P. S. the dishonest worker was fired.

    A terrific family owned company, rated very high on Angie's List. We were extremely satisfied with our service call today. Steve, the service guy, did a fantastic, thorough job in explaining everything he did, was very professional, and didn't mind that we watched the whole time asking questions. Price was very reasonable for an AC tuneup (special on Angie's List) and we would definitely call this company again and specifically ask for Steve.

    Ted Morningstar was particularly effective in shifting gears from the sales to the technical/installation part of the process.

    I would like to applaud your company for what I know from experience is a very difficult thing to do - Namely to instill a culture in an organization that walks the talk of customer service and quality control. I recently purchased a TRANE Central AC system. D & W met or exceeded my expectations - From start to finish I had dealings with a total of 5 of your staff. Each understood that you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Each in their own role (sales/ technical support/administrative support and installation) had the opportunity to contribute to or detract from customer satisfaction and a successful outcome. If any one of those 5 staff failed to do so, then the efforts of the others would have been discredited, as customers often remember the negative rather than the positive interactions. In short, your training and corporate culture of truly valuing your customers stood the test and then some. Your sales and delivery system was a TEAM EFFORT!! Each of that team of 5 also understood that there is no such thing as a stupid question and a timely and genuine response adds to your customers' level of confidence in dealing with your company. Ted Morningstar was particularly effective in shifting gears from the sales to the technical/installation part of the process. Two things became readily apparent from our dealings with Ted - This wasn't his first rodeo and he wasn't doing this for the experience. He was very patient is explaining the product and taking the time to learn and communicate the details to the staff (Johnny and Will) who did a very capable job of the install. My comments are sincere and I make them as a retired Senior Manager of a Dept of 50 staff, with an MBA in Organizational Behavior. And so I tip my hat to your TEAM, as they all had a role in getting this sale and installation to the Finish Line. Ownership and the the staff of D & W should know that the efforts they make, day in and day out, are what makes the difference between a successful company and one that is just going through the motions to get to pay day.
